We use an automated welding system which comprises:

- 5 bench-stops for the viroles

- Automatic TIG welding machinery with resource support, as specified by the Italian Welding Institute (IIS)

- Joining and welding tower

All of the installations and above-ground storage tanks are custom-made in accordance with the specific needs of the client. Their dimensions can vary according to the client's requests, up to 4.20 meters in diameter and a maximum height of 16 meters. The materials available are stainless-steel AISI 304 and AISI 316, aluminium, and carbon steel.

Cavalzani Inox will also take care of eventual internal and external surface treatments, such as sand-blasting, priming, and enamelling. The quality of Cavalzani Inox's production system has won it the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
